Amin has joined our firm with 35 years of various business experiences, which includes many years in Mergers and Acquisitions. He was directly involved with a firm that had done over 170 successful transactions with an enterprise value over $6 billion plus, also his specialty is in business advisory, evaluations as well as lending/finance for both sellers and buyers.

Amin has a full 360 degree perspective on every aspect of the mergers and acquisitions process including negotiations, to enable you to create or take maximum advantage of buy/sell opportunities. He has personally owned and been partners of multiple businesses over the last 35 years.

Amin understands the value of your business investments and knows how to maximize your value when considering buying or selling your business/enterprise.

He is a graduated with B.SCN Degree as well as Mechanical Engineering from University of Waterloo and Lakehead University in Ontario. Over the 44years, Amin has built very strong relationship with business owners, various manufacturers, finance companies and dealers all across Canada and the U S.

Away from business, family life is extremely important to Amin and his wife Shelina. In addition to volunteering with various community charities and fundraisers events. They have been directly involved with the settlement of multiple newly arrived immigrant families, into their new Canadian life. He has a passion for all sports, in particular golf.
