Doug’s passion and creativity for cabinetry and finish carpentry both residential and commercial began in his formative years working alongside a knowledgeable kind hearted mentor. Expo 86 introduced him to the world of finishing luxury yachts in teak veneers and solid wood. His small woodworking shop in close proximity to the local airport led to exotic veneers and hardwoods used in private and commercial aircraft interiors. The past ten years have been filled with the complexities and finishes used in high–end automotive dealerships.

Over the past 35 plus years in construction, many interesting projects and clients alike he’s still intrigued by the curious challenges in this complex multi faceted growing industry.

Doug’s collaborative team approach allows owners, consultants, and trades people to consistently work together creating a successful outcome while being mindful of budgets and timelines.
